  • 10 power snatch (135/85#)
  • 15 burpees

Rest until 12:00 on the clock then:

  • 10 power clean (135/85#)
  • 15 burpees

WOD Notes: There will be a 10 minute cap on the first half of the WOD. If you don’t power snatch, sub a slightly heavier power clean for WOD 1 (i.e. 155/100#).
