Football WOD – Jun 28, 2015

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

  • 7 back squats (bodyweight NTE 70% 1RM)
  • 7 burpee box jumps (20/16″)

Then 50 evil wheels NFT

WOD Notes:  Compare to CrossFit Football on 150620.  Note we have dropped the evil wheels from 100 to 50 reps.  If 50 feels too easy, continue onto 100.

    Hey John and Nikki, are you guys doing a regular schedule on Friday the 3rd? I know most places are closed in observence of the 4th of July (suck it British). Wondering if you were doing a weekend schedule or sticking w regular.
