Football WOD – Jun 15, 2014

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

  • 2 front squats (80% 1RM)
  • 10 slam balls (40/30#)
  • 1 rope climb

Rest 2 minutes once you have completed the 3 rounds then repeat for a total of 4 cycles.

      Brian, This was one of the VERY few times I’ve looked at a WOD, knowing I couldn’t go (trail race) but was grateful for not having the choice to bail. This does look that bad. Nice work pushing through, everyone.
