  • 4 hang power cleans (185/115#)
  • 4 split jerks (185/115#)
  • 4 broad jumps

Rest 45 seconds after each round.

WOD Notes:  For the broad jump portion of the workout, you will drop the bar and jump right alongside the bar to save space.  Compare to CFFB on 160102.
