Then
Complete 5 rounds for max reps of:
- 40 seconds dumbbell power snatch – right arm (50/35#)
- 20 seconds rest
- 40 seconds dumbbell power snatch – left arm (50/35#)
- 20 seconds rest
- 40 seconds burpees
- 20 seconds rest
WOD Notes: Pick a weight for the metcon that allows you to work for 40 seconds unbroken for the first 1-2 rounds.
