Killa – can you make it up tomorrow? I’ll be at the gym until 7:30 at least, b/c there’s an intro session starting at 6:30. Text me if you think you’ll be able to swing by. This definitely won’t be a fun one to do on your own, but at least you’ll have our times to chase!

Chippers are a different breed of WOD – you either love ’em or hate ’em. They can be mentally draining, especially when they start off with 60 burpees! You all did a great job keeping the pace up and chipping away at this one. Way to bring it!
