  4. Nutrition Challenge peeps: this link is very helpful when trying to determine macros from packaged or prepared food. For example, an Rx Bar is 52g and provides 12g protein, but you only have 8g protein for the rest of the day—how many grams of the actual Rx bar can you eat? https://macrohelper.com/
