for time of:
- 20 chest to bar pull ups
- 50 double unders
- 20 handstand push ups
- 50 double unders
Time Cap = 20 minutes.
WOD Notes: C2B pull ups and HSPU should take ~60 to 90 seconds in round 1 and ideally not take longer than 2:30 in any round. Choose a double under option that will take less than 1 minute when tired.
