Anyone know a good mechanic that would work on a ford diesel pick up?

    1. Sabol

Try David Kanaskie, over on Ridge Rd, Phoenixville (484) 302-4745. He’s an honest good mechanic, that charges a fair price. I assume he works on all trucks.

    2. Rick

      No.

Pugh, we’ve always had a good experience at Saunders, right around the corner from the gym at W. Bridge and Nutt Road.

Pugh…I was a bit quick to answer no earlier…just realized I recently heard of this new thing called Google…you just type in what you’re looking for and boom…it finds it for you. Give it a shot and let us know if it works.

Pugh – Wensels has a couple of locations. My son has used the one in Spring City – may not be the cheapest, but they seem pretty straight forward.

Hey ICAers! I wanted to let you know about a 5K opportunity this Sunday that supports the National Brain Tumor Society. The Race for Hope is a 5K run/walk that starts/ends at the Philadelphia Art Museum and all funds raised will help to improve funding for brain tumor research.

This will be the 10th year for Team Erin’s Eyerish Eyes at the Race. If you would like to join us on Sunday, you can register at this link: http://bit.ly/1jP2y2x. Race begins at 8:30. Runners are $35 and walkers are $25.

    Thanks for your support!

PS: online registration ends Wednesday, but you can register in person on Sunday if you like.

As long as I don’t have to follow you around for five miles I might be interested. ;-). That is a cool 5k track and is a lot of fun…I might be in. Just so Fran lung is gone by then. A great benefit regardless!

Considering I am avoiding running/jumping until after the Ghouls and Gals Competition, I just MIGHT be running an outdoor WOD at the start of the race instead of running. There’s nothing like doing burpees and squats and pushups and planks and mountain climbers on the cold November grass for the duration Erin is running her 5K… Just sayin’. And only ask that you donate to the cause.

      Any takers?

      😉
