I am in for tomorrow…although I am not sure what the who workout is… ex: cash out, buy in etc.. but I am sure I will find out tomorrow : )

Hi Lindsey – The “buy-in” is a mini-workout to get you ready to do the heavier lifting. The main part of the workout is the “WOD” – we’ll work up to a new 3 rep max bench press. The “cash-out” is one last mini-workout you’ll do at the very end of class. We often have cash outs on strength days – to get you breathing heavy and ensure we’re sending you home nice and tired 🙂 See you tonight!
