    Hi Everyone- I’m Justin, I just joined ICA last week and am excited to be part of the community! Just want to give a special thanks to you all (especially John) who supported me last night as I struggled immensely through Fran, and then struggled 10x more after I was done… it was not my finest CrossFit moment for sure and I don’t think I’ll be doing Fran again for a loooong time 🙂 Look forward to getting to know you all… have a great weekend.
