Teams of 4 complete for time:
- 200 clean and jerks (75/55#)
- 400m run
- 200 box jumps (20/16″)
- 400m run
- 200 floor wipers (each side counts as 1)
- 400m run
- 200 slam balls (40/30#)
- 400m run
WOD Notes: The running is completed as a team (each person does 400m each time). For the indoor movements, two people can work at a time, and each team has two implements (two bars, two boxes, two slam balls). All exercises must be completed in order. Remember that each member does not have do the same number of reps! Work together to achieve the fastest time possible.
