Complete 8 rounds for time of:
- 35 double unders
- 10 chest to bar pull ups
Time cap = 12 minutes.
Then take 10 minutes to find:
- Max height box jump
WOD Notes: Choose a double under option that will allow you to complete most rounds in 20 to 40 seconds. Chest to bar pull ups should take 1 or 2 sets for the first several rounds.
