Time cap = 15 minutes.
Cash out:
Complete 3 rounds of:
- 15 seconds pull up static hold
- 15 seconds rest
- 15 seconds overhead squat static hold
- 15 seconds rest
WOD Notes: The ascending rep scheme today certainly adds to the challenge of this workout. Choose a scale that will allow you to complete the first round of OHS and pull ups in 1 or 2 sets each.
