Workout of the Day

Complete 9-15-21 reps for time of:

  • Chest-to-bar pull ups
  • Overhead squats (115/83#)

Time cap = 15 minutes.

Cash out:

Complete 3 rounds of:

  • 15 seconds pull up static hold
  • 15 seconds rest
  • 15 seconds overhead squat static hold
  • 15 seconds rest

WOD Notes:  The ascending rep scheme today certainly adds to the challenge of this workout.  Choose a scale that will allow you to complete the first round of OHS and pull ups in 1 or 2 sets each.
