“Saturday Blackout”

*Update:

Partner interval 10 rounds for time of:

  • 200m sprint
  • 15 thrusters (75/55#)
  • 15 burpees

    For those of you who haven’t been around for a blackout, it simply means you are walking in blind! We will let you know the workout shortly before it begins. Let the fun begin!

    A few notes –

    1) There is 1 class spot available right now for the 8:30 class. There is 1 waistlist spot for the 9:30. As always, our policy is that you can attend class if you make the waitlist!

    2) There are 8 spots available in the 7:30 open gym. As always, you are welcome to complete the Daily WOD during Open Gym. We’ll find you a partner or make the WOD work for one person.

    3) John and I have been seeing a trend recently of many athletes signing up for Saturday and Sunday classes early in the week, and then bailing last minute. Please please be considerate to your fellow athletes and only sign up if you are 99% sure you are going to attend! As of 7:00am, here are the class lists. There will be sooooo many burpees next time you come in if you don’t show up today! Expect to see more weekend blackout WODs in the future.
