  • 30 box jumps
  • 30 overhead walking lunge (45/25#)
  • 30 double unders

WOD Notes: This type of workout is called a chipper. (It’s a bunch of different movements, just one time through the list.) Don’t be afraid if there are movements you don’t recognize – we’ll explain each of them before the WOD begins. This will be a fun one!

    Todd 25:37 Rx

Great job this morning to all of you! Todd – way to rock this as prescribed. Not an easy task! Emily – good work fighting for all 30 reps of each movement, and keeping the pace up! Matt – way to come back fighting after a near pukie experience. Great job on doing 30 reps for almost all the movements. Keep up the good work – it’ll get easier!

Next time please put the wall balls at the beginning. It took me at least 7 minutes to get through them. I hate you wall balls!

I’ve always enjoyed a chipper – with that being said, my legs are still pretty sore from Monday. I think another day of rest will do me good. On vacation till next week so I think I’ll be rested up by Monday. See you then!

wow 300 total reps. think im ducking out of this one.. dont wanna keep you guys till 10 tonight

    =P

No way Phil – now you have to come in! We always scale the workouts to make them appropriate for each athlete… One scale we recommend for newer members today is to do 20 reps of each movement instead of 30. Come give it a try!

I can’t stop thinking about last night’s 6pm class… you guys did great! Five athletes, all who joined within the last few weeks… and you looked like you’ve been doing this for months! I was so impressed with your toes thru rings (even if you switched to situps during the WOD), your wall balls, box jumps, power snatches, and your intensity overall. So excited to have to you all with us!

Thanks Nikki! It was fun, although I am obviously paying for Monday’s class and last night’s class today! 🙂
