  • 30 toes to bar
  • 10 power snatches (135/93#)
  • 20 toes to bar
  • 5 power snatches (135/93#)
  • 10 toes to bar

WOD Notes:  Choose a power snatch weight today that is challenging enough that you’ll likely drop each rep.  If snatches do not feel good, go for power cleans at a higher weight!
