Schedule Reminder: Due to the holiday weekend, this Saturday there will be no 10am class. We will run the 8am barbell club and 9am class only. On Monday, there will be one class only, at 10am. Come join us for a brutal hero WOD!

    Nikki, if I’m wendler benching tomorrow, do you think this will affect that? I figured bc it’s a push I might be okay?

      Hey Cari – it will have an impact, but not a huge impact. Your arms will be tired, but in some ways that’s a good thing! It will make you really use your hips to pop the weight up!
