WOD Notes: The deadlift weight you choose should not exceed 70% of your 1RM deadlift. Today’s sub for muscle ups will be 2x pull ups and 2x pushups. (30-24-18 pull ups and push ups)

This is great. It’s like free style walking on a jungle gym using only your arms. I liked the guy doing the monkey bars and doing a bar muscle up at each ring … strict. Those are some strong dudes.
Think anyone questions why three big dudes are hanging out at a playground with someone filming them while they do this stuff?
