Tanner hits 33 MU during his first MU WOD!

For time, complete 15-12-9 of:

  • Deadlift (275/185#)
  • Muscle ups

WOD Notes: The deadlift weight you choose should not exceed 70% of your 1RM deadlift.  Today’s sub for muscle ups will be 2x pull ups and 2x pushups. (30-24-18 pull ups and push ups)

Remember to sign up for the 6:15am class if you are coming!

      This is great. It’s like free style walking on a jungle gym using only your arms. I liked the guy doing the monkey bars and doing a bar muscle up at each ring … strict. Those are some strong dudes.

      Think anyone questions why three big dudes are hanging out at a playground with someone filming them while they do this stuff?

      That video is crazy-I can’t believe how controlled there movements are! I give the breakfast club 5/6 months max before we can do 90% of there moves!
