rock it!
My favorite WOD. So much fun. Count me in for 4:30.
I am sorry I am going to miss this one, hope I can make it up on Thursday.
Good luck Mark for tomorrow’s class!
Hey ICA – I just wanted to say thanks for your patience and understanding during our rather large 4:30 class yesterday! John and I felt bad having to “cut” some of you from class, but in the interest of safety and the quality of our coaching, it’s really important that we limit class size to 12 people. This is especially true when we’re using the racks, or there’s a metcon with lots of equipment.
At the 5:30pm class we had only 6 people, and at the 6:30pm class we had only 3 people. So the moral of the story is – if you need to be in the 4:30pm on a Monday or Tuesday (those are our crowded days), please remember to sign up! Anyone over 12 is likely to get bumpedto a later class. If you have the flexibility to take the 5:30 or 6:30 instead, please consider it. In the smaller classes you WILL get more one on one attention and you’ll get more time at the racks as well!
Thanks for your understanding and for helping us provide the best service possible!
Thanks guys! Going to be a fun one to coach!
Mark, I hope you won’t be distracted during your class if I am wearing my cheerleading outfit and bring my pom poms. I’m just trying to get in the NFL spirit.
