    1) work to a reasonably heavy single of the following complex: high hang clean + push press + low hang clean + push jerk + clean + jerk
    2) Clean pull + shrug 5×2 (90-100% 1RM clean)
    3) 3 rounds of:
    -5 weighted pull ups
    -10 DB shoulder presses
    -10 evil wheels
    -10 cal bike (or 15 cal row)
