    OLY WOD:
    1) Snatch Balance 2×3, 2×2, 2×1 increasing in weight, nothing truly heavy
    2) Power Snatch + Snatch (2+1) x 4 sets at 60 to 70% 1RM snatch
    3) Rack Jerk 1-1-1-1-1 (training max, make it look good)
    4) Tabata row (total calories) followed by Tabata crunches (total crunches)
