Complete for time:

  • 25 pull ups
  • 50 deadlifts (135/93#)
  • 50 push ups
  • 50 box jumps (24/20″)
  • 50 floor wipers
  • 50 one-arm KB/DB clean and jerks (25R/25L)
  • 25 pull ups

Time Cap = 30 minutes.
