Hey Nikki, I can do burbees but jumping is still out. What would be a good sub for this?
Hey Barb – If you can do step up / step downs that would be a fine sub. Otherwise – and boy are you going to hate this answer – you could do burpees x 2 🙂

I got another suggestion for Barb: stop being a jackass and let her sprained ankle heal. Proper time to heal will actually allow the ankle to heal and eventually strengthen itself.
