- 10 goblet squats (heavy)
- 10 Romanian deadlifts (60% 8RM sumo deadlift)
WOD Notes: The intent today is to gradually increase weight across the 3 sets of 8. If you feel great, you can push into the realm of 80% of your 1RM for the final set.
