“Regional Event 6”

  • 100 double unders
  • 50 hand stand push ups
  • 40 toes to bar
  • 30 shoulder to overhead (160/100#)
  • 90′ walking lunge (160/100#, front rack)

WOD Notes: For the Regional competitions, there was a 15 minute time cap. For tomorrow, we will have a 30 minute time cap.  Pick your scales accordingly!  For a list of Regionals results click here.

    As of the 6pm class, no one has beaten Froning’s time of 7 something minutes, but I’m holding out hope for one of our 7pm-ers! Great job on a tough chipper. Much respect to the Regionals athletes who did this as their LAST WOD after 4 brutal days of competition.

    A huge thanks to Garrett, Ernesto and everyone else who cheered me on to finish last night. I felt like death by the end of this but I loved the encouragment to finish. Thanks Kehl for keeping the clock running as well. I really appreciate it. That said I may take a few days off.
