Take 5 attempts to build to a heavy single of the following complex:
- Power clean + hang power clean + hang power clean + split jerk
Then complete max lateral plyo skier hops in 1 minute (24/20″). Rest 1 minute and repeat.
WOD Notes: If going overhead doesn’t feel good, you can modify to the PC + HPC + HPC and still get some great oly practice!
