  • 100 push press (75/55#)
  • 1 mile run

WOD Notes:  Scale for muscle ups will be jumping muscle ups or 2o pullups and pushups.

    Hey Nikki, can I scale the muscle ups to what I did last time?

    Hey Meghan – we go back and forth between subbing muscle up transitions and subbing pull-ups and push ups. Tomorrow calls for pull ups and push ups! Good strength building exercises, compared to the skill-building transitions 🙂

    Okay. Well, are jumping pull ups okay?

      That’s an acceptable scale! We’ll play around with bands first but if we decide the best scale is jumping, that’s what you’ll do!

    John, I could be wrong (which is never the case) but I think you only did 99 reps in the video…doesn’t count.

    Dang Killa, Looks like I’ll have to redo it tonight. Naturally, if I don’t string all 100 this time it’s only because of soreness from repeating the WOD.
