    Hey All,

    I’ve been talking to a grass fed beef farmer from Lancaster where we get fairly large quantities of beef. If anyone were interested, it seems he can get an entire cow butchered and packaged for $2400 to $3200 (which if split 8 ways comes to 300 to 400 a person). It would leave around 50 pounds of meat per person. I just picked up 90 pounds of ground beef and roasts from him so special orders are available as well. Ground beef is $4.35 a pound, roasts are $6/pound and porterhouse and T-bone are $12/pound. These are the cheapest grass-fed prices I’ve found. Just figured I’d gauge interest from people who want a lot of beef. Let me know if you’re interested.

      Haha T – I was 16:16. John didn’t post my result because it was too close to his time I guess. Anyway – I obviously gave John a goal to shoot for, otherwise there’s no way he would have beat me! Next time he goes first! 🙂
