are these squat snatches or “any way you can get it over your head and stand up” snatches?
Tiana – This should be a full squat snatch. (They’re harder to master, but in the long run you can get a whole lot more overhead that way.) If you know your power snatch exceeds your squat snatch, spend most of the time finding your max squat snatch (maybe 12-15 minutes), then you can switch to a power snatch for your last few reps, just to see how high you can go. Post both numbers. The skill work at the end MUST be squat snatches and will be based off your squat snatch max. Practice makes better!
