Sumo Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Then complete 4 rounds NFT of:
- 20 banded kneeling KB goblet squats
- 20 calf raises (unweighted)
WOD Notes: Today we’ll build to a heavy sumo deadlift single. Shoot for the first set to be around 70% of your PR. Only attempt a new PR if the lifts are feeling good and form is staying intact!
