Complete 10 rounds for reps of:
- 30 seconds max calorie row
- 30 seconds rest
- 30 seconds max reps back squats (155/103#)
- 30 seconds rest
WOD Notes: The squats today should be heavy enough to be slow and methodical but light enough that you can keep moving for the entire 30 seconds. Ideally you should get between 8 and 15 reps per round.
