Rest 2 minutes, then AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
- 5 cleans
- 5 burpees
Rest 2 minutes, then AMRAP in 3 minutes of:
- 3 cleans
- 3 burpees
WOD Notes: Pick a weight for the cleans that allows you to link several in a row. You’ll post 3 scores – Rounds + Reps for each AMRAP!
