Clean 8×1 (2 sets each at 80, 85, 90, 95%)

Then

30 ring rows

WOD Notes:  Make the ring rows as challenging as possible.  Elevate the feet, complete an isometric hold at the top of each one.  Pick a version that allows you to do no more than 5 in a row.

    At my last Moga session (December 18th), I brought in my Thera-Cane (mobility tool). I can’t seem to find it at my place or my car…or anywhere else I can currently think of. If you borrowed it (which I’m fine with, because it’s awesome), would you please return it to the gym.
