Make up your mind Frank, C2B or BMU. There is no C2BMU. Not impressed.
Just checked the original workout to see what allowances were made for old guys. We get 10 pounds off the OH Squat (if you are over 55) and still have to do 10 BMU’s. They did not cut a lot of slack for older crossfitters at the 2011 games.
