Workout of the Day
Complete 5 rounds for time of:
- 30/20 cal row
- 20 push ups
- 10 back squats (50% 1RM)
Time Cap = 25 minutes.
WOD Notes: Choose a push up option that will take less than 2 minutes even in the later rounds. If you are concerned about maintaining good technique on the squats when tired, this would be a great day to squat to a box!

For anyone who might have checked, the Oly WOD has been changed in SugarWOD. The main lift tomorrow AM will be a 3 position snatch (high hang, low hang, full snatch) building to a heavy single. See you there!
