EMOM for 20 minutes of the following complex:
- 1 power clean + 1 hang power clean + 1 hang clean
WOD Notes: Aim for starting around 50% of your 1 rep max power clean and stay there for the first 4 to 6 minutes. Then start taking jumps in weight every 3 to 4 minutes after that. Compare to 191109.
