What’s with the weight on the strict pull ups?
Laurie, they’re weighted pull ups. So (for those who can), you’d hook the KB on your foot and then do a pull up. For most of us (me included), we’ll do regular strict pull ups, or seriously cut back on reps.
Also – most people are “timing out” on this wod, so it’s turning into an AMRAP in 30 or 35 minutes instead of a full 10 rounds. The goal isn’t cardio, this is all about strength and stability work
