In for the breakfast club!!
I guarantee you that med ball OH lunge, med ball pushups, and floor to OH will not be in 12.2!! This should be a burner that gasses you but won’t leave you crazy sore for Thursday! (we planned it that way!)
In for breakfast as well! Really could use something like this this week after being gone. Might challenge myself with a higher med ball weight.
I’m in for breakfast club. I’m already ridiculously sore, will this make it worse?
