Row Challenge Notes: We are 5 days into the challenge with exactly 4 weeks to go. On Friday, Dec 20 we’re hosting a row-a-thon from 6:00 to 10:00 pm and all are invited. A few athletes will attempt a full marathon while others simply hope to knock off a chunk of meters. Sign up in Wellness Living if you plan to attend. Rowers will be available first come, first serve. If you’re on the fence for the challenge, sign up on this spreadsheet and start logging your meters!

Are non-ICA guests able to log some meters at the Row-A-Thon?
Yes but ICA members get first dibs on rowers!
Of course! Duly noted. Sounds like a party to me!
BYO!
Opening up shop at 4:45 tomorrow for any early rowers!
16:34 today. Didn’t have the dubs! How’s everyone’s hands holding up with the additional rowing? I’m starting to blister.
I’m not blistering, but some tender spots are coming through, for sure. I’m alternating long and short days. On long days, I’m definitely going to start taping my fingers. The athletes in the Games Marathon ALL had something: tape, gloves, gymnast straps, all of the above…
I’m excited to see if Ricky can keep up his 350,000 meter pace!
@Alex, the days of the long distance rows are done…at least until the 20th.
@Steve Yeah…the hands are a little tender. I’d heed Boelker‘s advice and start taping up before rows >5k.
