- 75 double unders
- 15 deadlifts (225/155#)
- 15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
WOD Notes: Pick scales that allow you to complete each movement in 1-2 sets (for round 1). We’ll have a 25 minute time cap, so don’t get stuck on any one movement for more than 2 minutes.
