Sumo deadlift 3-3-3-3-3-3

Then complete 3 rounds NFT of:

  • 30 crossover single unders
  • 30 glute bridges

WOD Notes: Aim to start your first set of sumo deadlifts around 65% of your 1RM and build from there. If you’re feeling good, you should end around 90% of your training 1 rep max.
