    Also, I know a lot of you have been doing summer CSA’s. They also offer fall and winter CSA’s and the site that I pick up from in Spring City would like to be a pick up for fall and winter as well. They need a minimum number of sign ups to be eligible. Here are the details and what is available. Please let me know if you have any questions.

    2014 Fall CSA Season:
    7 weeks from November 10th through December 24th
    Shares offered:
    · Weekly Full & Half Vegetables
    · Weekly & Biweekly Eggs- by the dozen
    · Weekly Fruit (lots of yummy apples this time of year!)
    · Weekly Bread – 1 loaf per week
    · Bi-Weekly Cheese- 3 pieces of cheese each delivery, approx. 1.5 pounds per delivery
    · Weekly Meat- approx. 3 pounds per week, including pork, beef, chicken, bison and lamb
    · Weekly Chicken- approx. 3 pounds per week, including full heritage breed birds

    2015 Winter CSA Season:
    ***This season’s application will not be open or available for another month or so***
    Approximately 12-14 weeks from Mid-January through April
    Shares offered for 2015 winter are not yet confirmed, but in the past we have offered:
    · *Weekly Vegetable share (one size only, typically equivalent to a half share)
    · *Weekly Vegan Value Package: along with vegetables this also includes a weekly block of tofu, loaf of bread, and vegan pantry item.
    · *Weekly Omnivore Value Package: along with vegetables this also includes a weekly pound of meat or poultry, 1 piece of cheese, and a pantry item.
    *choosing one of these shares is required for the winter season
    Additional Add-On Winter Shares:
    · Weekly Pantry Share: 1 pantry item (all organic, of course) rotating through items such as maple syrup, apple sauce, sauerkraut, flour, jam, etc.
    · Weekly Meat: 2.5-4 pounds of meat, including pork, beef, chicken, bison and lamb
    · Weekly Chicken: 2.5-4 pounds of chicken
    · Eggs: weekly and bi-weekly dozen eggs
    · Bi-Weekly Butter Share: 1 pound of butter
    · Bi-Weekly Seitan Share: 1 package of seitan
    · Bi-Weekly Tofu: 1 block of tofu
    · Weekly Bread: 1 loaf of bread
    · Bi-Weekly Cheese: 3 pieces of cheese, rotating varieties
    · Bi-Weekly Vegan Burger: 1 package of vegan burgers
    · Weekly Yogurt: 1 quart of either plain or low-fat yogurt
    · Weekly Milk: ½ gallon of either whole, 2%, or skim milk (grass-fed, organic)

      FYI Brian, we are also a pickup site for the Lancaster Farm Fresh CSA and we live in Phoenixville about 2 miles from ICA. Currently about 10 people from ICA pick up at our place. We are also hosting the Fall CSA so details are exactly the same as Brian’s post. We are the only pickup site in P-ville so choose the pickup site that is most convenient. Sorry Brian. Didn’t mean to hijack your post!
