    – Paralette shoot throughs
    – Squats
    – V-Ups
    – Box Jumps(24″/20″)
    – Ring In & Outs
    – Beat the tire
    – Ring Rows
    – Rope whips
    – Ring holds

    6 hour AMRAP
    – Jump in pool
    – Drink margarita
    – Get out of pool
    – Refill margarita
