Workout of the Day

Complete for time:

  • 30 chest to bar pull ups
  • 40 one-arm DB snatches (50/35#)
  • 50 weighted box step overs (50/35#, 24/20″)
  • 40 one-arm DB snatches (50/35#)
  • 30 chest to bar pull ups

Time Cap = 15 minutes.

WOD Notes:  The C2B pull ups should take between 90 seconds and 3 minutes each set.  Choose a weight for snatches that will allow you to complete 4 sets of 10 (if not larger sets).
