Tom in his first wod!

 

Killa, 20 lb ball, 10 foot target. BEAST!

In teams of 2, complete for time:

  • 800m run
  • 200 double unders
  • 150 wall balls (20/14#)
  • 100 ring rows
  • 800m run

WOD Notes: Both runs must be completed as a team.  The rest of the reps are shared, but the movements must be completed in order, with one partner working at a time.

    Miranda and Joe 23:35 (14 lb)
    Tom and Eric (22:34) (single unders)
    Killa/Maggie (ouchie)/ Kevin 26:25 (20 pound ball)

    Nice work tonight. This was the first time I’ve seen a girl (Killa) string 20 pound wallballs to a 10 foot target, BEASTLY! Can’t wait to see what kind of performances people pull out at the grand opening.

  8. What’s even better about Sara doing the wall balls with me at men’s Rx, is that I think we basically ended up nearly splitting them. She is a wall ball pro … to think she said she didn’t think she’d be able to. Silly.
