- 800m run
- 200 double unders
- 150 wall balls (20/14#)
- 100 ring rows
- 800m run
WOD Notes: Both runs must be completed as a team. The rest of the reps are shared, but the movements must be completed in order, with one partner working at a time.

Nice work tonight. This was the first time I’ve seen a girl (Killa) string 20 pound wallballs to a 10 foot target, BEASTLY! Can’t wait to see what kind of performances people pull out at the grand opening.

What’s even better about Sara doing the wall balls with me at men’s Rx, is that I think we basically ended up nearly splitting them. She is a wall ball pro … to think she said she didn’t think she’d be able to. Silly.
