Glad to say my body feels “better” today, however after this WOD, it may feel as it did yesterday.
Hope to see you tomorrow Kev, but if the body is screaming for a rest day that’s what Thursday is for – you can make up Elizabeth then! Until then drink lots of water and stretch 🙂
