Daily WOD – Apr 4, 2015

Thrusters!

In teams of 4, complete for time:

  • 4 rope climbs
  • 150 wall balls (20/14# to 10/9′)
  • 150 sit ups
  • 4 rope climbs
  • 150 box jumps (24/20″)
  • 150 push ups
  • 4 rope climbs
  • 150 dumbbell power snatch (45/25#)
  • 150 air squats
  • 4 rope climbs

WOD Notes:

  1. 2 people can work at a time except for rope climbs, where each team gets 1 rope and works 1 at a time.
  2. The sub for 1 rope climb is 3 rope pulls.
  3. Each team is allowed 2 wall balls, 2 boxes, and 2 dumbbells.
  4. You are allowed to anchor teammates’ feet during sit ups!
  5. The DB power snatch starts/ends below the knee (you do not need to touch the floor each rep).
  6. Reps do not need to be evenly divided among team members!!!
