  • 50 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)
  • 100 double unders
  • 50′ handstand  walk
  • 100 double unders
  • 50 cal row
  • 100 double unders
  • 50′ handstand walk
  • 100 double unders

WOD Notes:  The scale for handstand walks will be either 20 handstand shoulder taps (against a wall) or 50′ of walrus sliders.  There is a 20 minute cap on this workout.
