Back Squat 4-4-4-4-4

Complete 4 rounds NFT of:

  • 5 heavy thrusters
  • 20 lateral plyo skier hops

WOD Notes:  Today we’ll be building to a 4 rep max.  If you feel really good, 90% of your 1 rep is possible for the final set of 4.  Shoot to start your sets around 75% of your 1 rep max and build from there.
